Refund Policy

At WaitQR, we strive to ensure that our product helps improve and streamline your queue management. However, we understand that our software may not be the perfect fit for every business.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, or if you experience a technical issue that makes the system unusable and our support team is unable to resolve it, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

1. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
After this period, refunds cannot be processed.

2. Support Resolution Opportunity

Before issuing a refund, our support team may request the opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

If the issue can be resolved, a refund may not be necessary.

3. First Purchase Date Applies

The refund period is calculated from the initial purchase date.

If you cancel and later repurchase the product or subscription, the original purchase date will still determine the refund eligibility period.

4. Subscription Renewals

Renewal payments are non-refundable.

WaitQR sends a renewal reminder email approximately 14 days before the renewal date, allowing you sufficient time to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

5. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the refund policy is being abused or used in bad faith.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of required system compatibility

  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or services

  • Failure to read product documentation or requirements

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket through our support system and include:

  • Your purchase email

  • Order or invoice number

  • Description of the issue you experienced
