  • Additional tools or integrations related to the WaitQR ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

To use WaitQR, you must:

  • Have authority to represent a business or organization (if applicable)

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • SMS gateway providers

By using these features, you acknowledge that:

  • Messaging regulations and consent requirements must be followed

  • Message delivery depends on third-party providers

  • Additional costs may apply from messaging providers

WaitQR is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or pricing changes caused by third-party APIs.

6. Payment and Licensing

If you use a paid version of WaitQR:

  • Licenses may be granted per website, per business, or per subscription plan depending on the product type.

  • Payments are non-transferable.

  • Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limitation of premium features.

Refunds are governed by the WaitQR Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in WaitQR remain the exclusive property of WaitQR.

This includes:

  • Software code

  • Design and branding

  • Documentation

  • Features and system architecture

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.
