These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WaitQR virtual queue management system, website, plugins, themes, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using WaitQR, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About WaitQR

WaitQR is a digital queue and ticket management system designed to help businesses manage customer flow using:

  • Virtual queue tickets

  • Real-time updates

  • WhatsApp/SMS notifications

  • Analytics dashboard

  • Service and desk management

  • AI-based wait time estimation

WaitQR may be provided as:

  • A WordPress plugin

  • A WordPress theme

  • A hosted web application (if applicable)

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have authority to represent your business (if registering as a business)

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to:

  • Create an account

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

WaitQR is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use WaitQR for illegal purposes

  • Send spam or abusive messages through WhatsApp/SMS integration

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the plugin without permission

  • Interfere with server performance or security

  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. WhatsApp & SMS Integration

WaitQR may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • Twilio

  • WhatsApp Business API

  • SMS gateways

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for complying with messaging regulations

  • Message charges may apply from third-party providers

  • WaitQR is not liable for delivery failures caused by third-party APIs

6. Payment & Licensing (If Applicable)

If using a paid version:

  • License is granted per website/domain unless otherwise stated

  • Payments are non-transferable

  • Subscription renewals may be automatic

  • Failure to pay may suspend premium features

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in WaitQR including:

  • Software code

  • Design

  • Branding

  • Documentation

  • Features

Remain the property of WaitQR.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

You may not:

  • Resell without proper license

  • Redistribute source code

  • Claim ownership of WaitQR intellectual property

8. Data & Privacy

WaitQR may collect:

  • User names

  • Phone numbers

  • Ticket data

  • Analytics information

Data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

  • Informing your customers about data collection

  • Complying with local privacy laws (GDPR, etc.)

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability
